1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the mentoring program Argonaut – The H.E.R.O. Mentoring, a product under the LegionnaireMind service line of YOURPOWER CONSULTING & MANAGEMENT – FZCO (“YourPower”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By registering for or participating in this program, you (“Participant”, “you”, or “mentee”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Scope of Service

The Argonaut – The H.E.R.O. Mentoring program is a high-performance mentoring experience designed for personal growth, mindset transformation, and self-leadership development. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or business consulting. Results depend entirely on the participant's dedication, discipline, and application of teachings.

3. Eligibility

Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who are mentally and physically fit for intensive personal development work. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any participant whose behavior or attitude is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or incompatible with the values of the program.

4. Commitment & Participation

You commit to actively participating in all scheduled calls, tasks, and exercises. Non-participation, delays, or lack of engagement does not entitle you to any form of refund or compensation. YourPower reserves the right to adjust delivery formats or schedules with prior notice.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

All fees are to be paid in full in advance unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Payment confirms your spot and is non-refundable, regardless of participation level, dropout, or dissatisfaction.
Payment shall be made via the methods provided (bank transfer, credit card, etc.) and in the currency stated in the invoice.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of this mentoring program and the preparation invested per participant, no refunds shall be granted under any circumstances once the program has begun.

7. Confidentiality

All materials, conversations, and insights shared during the program are confidential. You agree not to disclose, share, record, or publish any content or personal stories of other participants or the mentor. Breach of this clause will result in immediate termination without refund and may involve legal action.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, strategies, videos, texts, and frameworks shared by YourPower during the program are protected intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license for usage during the program only. Reproduction, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Results

The program is designed to challenge you. YourPower makes no guarantees regarding specific results or outcomes. Your transformation is dependent on your effort, mindset, and application of the materials. By enrolling, you accept full responsibility for your progress.

10. Liability

You participate voluntarily and at your own risk. YourPower is not liable for any mental, emotional, physical, or financial impact resulting from your participation. This includes, but is not limited to, injury, emotional distress, or decisions made during or after the program.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The exclusive place of jurisdiction shall be Dubai, UAE.

12. Termination

YourPower reserves the right to terminate your participation without refund if you breach any clause in this agreement, especially in regard to conduct, confidentiality, or payment terms.

13. Modification of Terms

YourPower may update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be made available upon request or via official communication channels. Continued participation implies acceptance of any modifications.

14. Acceptance

By enrolling in Argonaut – The H.E.R.O. Mentoring, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement with:
